This notice explains what information Prized, Inc. ("Prized", "we", "us") collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account profile data from Google sign-in (name, email, avatar), workspace activity metadata, and content you create or upload inside a workspace.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service, route you to the correct workspace, secure the platform, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information.

3. Data retention

We retain workspace content for the life of the workspace and for a short window after deletion to support recovery. Audit logs are retained per the security plan.

4. Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@prized.dev. Workspace admins can additionally export or purge workspace data.
