Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Prized (the "Service") provided by Prized, Inc. ("Prized", "we", "us"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and workspaces

Access to the Service is workspace-scoped. When you sign in with Google we match your account to a workspace by email domain or invitation. You are responsible for activity performed under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate the law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that put other tenants at risk.

3. Content and data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. On termination, we will delete or return your workspace data per our retention policy.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
